placing a GPS receiver to PC, Bluetooth or USB, does the same function as a GPS, I used to take you somewhere.

GPS programs for PC's often use the truckers, because a laptop will come either in the dashboard

In one way you are right, IGO8.3 originally isn't developed wor x86 win platform, but crackers made some modifications to igo for wm and win ce and it can be runned on x86 machines...
