Hi Guys, Am using above mobile for more than a 2 year suddenly yesterday when put in charge after that I can not make or receive the calls but can send and received text messages and also other touch screen like Menu,Phone book works properly. Any idea what is wrong?????????

First try changing the SIM card. If the phone's unlocked try a different network SIM.
If the same problem is experianced with all SIM's tried, you might need to call the network. It could be that the phone has been blocked.
If the problem only happens with the original SIM it could just be a network problem with the HLR. Call them to report it.
It could also be a call restriction placed on the phone. Back up your numbers & pics, then type into the phone..

this will factory reset the phone. Make sure there's a lot of charge in the battery first. Also, once reset, leave the phone for at least 1 minute before using.Canker

Thank you Canker for your reply, but the factory reset didn't solve the problem. I can make calls and others can hear me, but i can't hear what they say.Comment

Check volume setting?
If OK probably a faulty earpiece!Comment
