          I'm not sure which os this uses. A quick search isn't brining it up as an Android phone, so the chances are it has the A2 SIM lock protection.

          If I'm right there is no free unlocking option. If I remember I'll check at work tomorrow.

              Ok, a day late but the boss is an ass & kept me busy.

              This is an A2 handset. Best solution is to take it to an unlocking phone shop, should cost no more than ?10 & takes less than 2 minutes to unlock.
