Am haven problem formating my phone memory card. Ie i want to save data it shows memory card not formated if select formate memory card it reads operation faild. Please help

Try the card in a (USB) card reader just in case it's a handset issue.
If still no joy, find a data card recovery utility.
Then format the card...
After this run the data card recovery software...
You should recover almost everything this way but it's a bit time consuming...
