I don't have the OT-808X listed as supported. Not looked for an update yet, so might be a little hope yet.

Processed under OT-808, if it doesn't work first time don't try it again.

2 - Then compose : *#0000*CODE#,
3 - To finish compose : *#0001*CODE#.

CODE: The unique unlock code for your Alcatel OT-808.

If still no go, it could be that all of the code attempts have been used up with wrong codes...

Normal process is to insert a not accepted SIM. A box will appear with 'Enter Network Key'.
just type in the NCK code unless it asks for another code

It's also possible that the SIM has had 4 incorrect PIN entries.

try another SIM, it has to be a 'not accepted SIM'... as in a SIM card from a different network.

If more than 10 attempts have been made to enter the code the box will still appear, and allow you to enter the code, but it won't actually unlock the phone.

Just to check, you are entering the NCK code & not any other code provided?
