I checked two ways to unlock it, but none of them works (or I don't know how to introduce the numbers):

[B]Generic procedure #1[/B]
Switch ON phone without SIM card.
Enter *#0000*NCK#
Then enter *#0001*NCK#
Now Your phone is unlocked.

[B]General procedure #2[/B]
Switch ON phone with a SIM card which is not accepted.
Phone will ask for NCK code. Enter it.
Now Your phone is unlocked.

Try formatting your phone.

If it has a normal keypad press & hold the '#' & 'power key' to turn the phone on.

If it's touch screen press & hold volume up & power key.

Once you've done this turn it off & insert a SIM card from a diferent network & turn the phone on. It should come up with a pop up box asking for the nck code.
If it doesn't, does it have signal strength? It could already be unlocked.
