I have a listing for the OT-875, but no support for that PID.

I'd also be very careful since you only have one code attempt left. Try to get a code verified by more than one source before using one.

I have tried the first two without any success (didn't want to try too many in case phone locked up)
I tried with a different sim (or does it need trying with no sim in)

If you have a SIM from another network in the phone it should ask for the network code. You could try the 3rd code.
If the request for the network code shows (0 attempts left) there's nothing you can do.

Taking that it is asking for the codes but not accepting any, double check the IMEI you posted with your phone. type *#06# into the dialer.

If the IMEI matches what you posted try one of the following...

Format phone...
Method 1. Keypad phones... press and hold # and power button with the phone turned off.

Method 2. Touch phones... press and hold VOL UP and power button with the phone turned off.

After formatting try the codes again.
