Not for free.
Ask your network for the price for supplying the code. You could try somewhere on-line, or take it to an unlocking shop.

Unlocking '3' phones has never been that much of a problem. It's only the SIM protection used by the manufacturer that changes.
Once unlocked you can debrand the F480 for free. If you're interested in it let me know & I'll either supply links for download or put what you need in a locker.
You will probably need an XP machine to do it though.Canker
