samsung genio qwerty

i bought a genio qwerty recently and the only thing i dont like is the message tone that goes off everytime i send a text....ie. i press send and it emits a tone right then (got delivery report unchecked) and i want to turn that tone off but dont know how...any ideas?????

Are You On T-mobile Mate? if so they reckion its branded into their firmware

If I were you I'd go & get it unlocked, if it isn't already. Then debrand it by changing the software.

Once you have done this the phone will be as Samsung intended it to be. With added apps & settings. It will also run faster.
