If inserting an O2 SIM does not prompt for a code use ###825*09# with the correct SIM and enter the code.

have you tried putting your o2 card in to see if it asks you to enter the unlock code

I think you can try *983*8284# OR ###825*09# without a sim card in then enter the code when it asks

yes i done that with no sim in then when i put my o2 sim in the phone will not switch on at all

try with simcard from network it is locked to then enter *983*8284# OR ###825*09#

all that does is say my phone is orange which it was when i got it i have put the code in now even when i put code to get the nup up to put the code in it not coming up its like making a phone call please any help
