First thing you will probably notice is the speed of the box, But just like your 800hd everything else is basically the same will run same plugins etc...

Hi mate if its just a 800 clone or 800 Pro clone you have you will notice that the receiver is much faster. If you have the 800SE clone then you will notice no speed difference.

It's a nice receiver I own one myself. If you are in no need for a twin tuner then the SE clone is a great receiver. If you do need a twin tuner then the ET9200 is a nice receiver and you wont go wrong in purchasing one.
