Lost Nova and JSC Sports on Hotbird 13*E

I have a Spiderbox 9000HD with 1 mtr motorised dish.
I recently re-loaded 13* E Hotbird and have lost Nova Cinema / sports and JSC + sports 1-10.
Tried loading the transponders as per Lyngsat but still nothing.
I cannot think what I am doing wrong.
Perhaps someone can put me on the right track.
Footy season about to start, so no rush then.

go into manual scan frequency 11938 H symbol rate 29900
DVB-S QPSK . try this for novacinema 2 - 3-sports3 -sports 4 -sports6,
for jsc sports 11296H 27500 check in manual scan should pull in no probs

Thanks but no joy with this.
I have tried numerous times but info box has TV 0 Radio 0
I get 90% signal 2% quality.
Any other suggestions?

I have tried the manual scan many times with the Lyngsat transponder list with no joy.
Please explain the "reflash spiderbox channel list" ?
How do I do this?
I'm a non-techno pensioner looking for footy on the cheap!
