Sky Dish & Freeview Sony KDL 40HX703

Hi

I have a Sky Digital Dish which was connected to my old grundig sky box and still working.
I disconnected the box. I now have my Sony KDL40HX703 which has freeview built in placed in the room where the Sky Box was. Can I use the cable that went into the sky box to put in my Sony TV to recieve digital Freeview channels through the built in reciever?

Please note I'm not a techy but if im told what to do / purchase I can usually figure it out.

You need a digital aerial to recieve freeview , your TV has a built in freeview HD tuner, depending n where you live you will be able to get HD through the freeview tuner when connected to a suitable digital aerial

You wont be able to connect your sat cable from your sky dish to your TV mate as it doesn't have a built in sat tuner
