Metronic FS HD probs - no C4 and wrong itv region
Hi, Have just got the Metronic Freesat HD Box From Maplins
Having a couple of bits of bother with it.
Firstly, I can't see C4 (but can get C4+1) and the wrong region is sent to channel 103 (getting ITV Central W not meridian S)

Secondly sometimes when I press a button on the remote, it does something other than the button I pressed eg volume changes when changing channel and vice versa
Anyone else know if these problems are cos its a cheap box and software hasn't been developed properly, or a solution, or if I'm doing something wrong.
Mostly I'm happy with the box, but the missus thinks I'm being too lax and wants me to take the box back.
