New setup

Hi there my friend has a technomate and every day or so he has to download a softcam to get it to work
if i was to but a Blade 7000s with cccam and newcam installed would this save me from having to update it every so often
Only curious as thinkin of updating to a blade with motorised dish

I think the next big thing is a spiderbox 7000HD myself, really good box mate, you also get free gift channels when you buy it, updatings every few weeks but its simple as plugging USB into the box, really good box for ?145.
