    setting up a sly dish ?

    Hello Dk, i want to set up a SLY UK dish and buy a cheap 500s to go onto it, Just wondering before I did would a SLY UK dish be easy to set up, I've never set up a sat dish before but want to and thought this would be the best place to start, So what do you guys think, ?

      it is sooo easy mate.....you just bolt it onto the wall, and point to astra 2.....just the way all the sly dishes are pointed. tighten up and job done.

      even i can do this one...... :-)

          haha, Yes mate It sounds easy, But How would i know where astra is to point it to it etc ?

              either mess about and line it up with other neghbours etc. or get a sat meter. if you hjave i phone or android....you can get apps that do it.

              check the downloads of the respective phones. or buy one off somewhere like flebay.. they r cheap anyway.

              i just fiddle about with it and always been ok. have someone shouting the signal strength from the tv as you move it. have a go.....
