Dish channel is on echostar @ 61.5 deg. west.I don't know where you are dam495 but you could google the footprint for this satellite.

i am in brazil, city rio de janeiro, it's possible whatch dish channels in brazil with dream box or other receiv fta,web site , i don't know ,
