Skybox "Failing" to record

Hello, My Skybox HD keeps "failing" to record stuff, and the problem is getting worse. Does anyone know of a fix for this ie can I reset the box somehow?

download this from the forum, have a read and defrag the HDD, if that don't work format the HDD, YOU WILL LOSE ALL PREVIOUS RECORDINGS doing the format

If its an old Thompson hd box or just a Plus box it may be the power supply board starting to go
