    Aerial Distribution Amplifier query

What if i have 3 satellite boxes and want to distribute the aerial to a few tv's around the house.

A 4 way distribution aerial has 1 input and 4 outputs, so the 4 tv's would be the outputs but is there anyway i can have all 3 boxes input into the distributor so that there are 3 separate rf channels?

not quite sure what you want to do but couldnt you just fit a quad lnb and run a seperate cable to each box and you would still have a spare outlet.if your boxes all have rf outputs that should power 6tvs from 3 boxes

yeah but seeing the tv only has one aerial input how would i have the 3 sky boxes linked to the one tv

would a 3 way splitter work, by feeding the rf out of all 3 boxes to the 3 splitter ports, then connect the aerial from the splitter port to tv (if want to watch them on one tv) or to the aerial distributor

in that case i'd obviously have to set the 3 sky boxes to 3 different rf channels, but would the splitter work?

must admit I"m a bit confused now and didnt realise sky boxes were involved, why do you need 3 sky boxes inputting to 1 TV

doesnt have to be sky boxes, just using that as en example.

i'll try and make it clearer.

if i have 3 sky boxes, can i connect all 3 of them to tv by aerial rather than scart, so that i could watch skybox1 on channel 6 on my tv, skybox2 on channel 7, and skybox3 on channel 8.

Yes...Just daisy chain them together, i.e connect to RF out of box1 to the RF in of box2, the RF out of box2 to the RF in of box3, then the RF out of box3 to your TV ( you need to make sure the 3 boxes are set to different frequencies/RF channels though, obviously).
