sky hd advice

hi all
my sky+ box has died on me the best they can offer is a free hd box but a new contract and an extra ?10.25 per month. Are there any better possibilities out there that will save money not cost more ??

Tell them you are thinking of leaving Sky and going to sign up to Virgin media and see what they say then.

have you looked into other sat boxes and c/s,depends what you do with box

hi mate ,go through the cancellation process and ul get sorted.they offered me free hd box,set up,for fiver a month extra for 6 months,then tenner afterwards.ring the cancellation option,dont talk 2 some nob who dosent give a toss,good luck

do a forced update ,it should sort you out , some thing thats worked for me in the past . may take 5/6/ trys
sky are ****s, some times they send out upgrades to mes up old boxs so you use call out or upgrade. imho it should be up to u if you want to upgrade f/w/ or not. google and you will see what i mean.
