Alsat superior dark motor.

Hi guys,
I have recently just bought a spiderbox 7000hd,1m dish etc.
Ive been trying to set up the installation and i cant seem to reset the motor back to 0.The motor is a Alsat superior dark motor.
No matter what i seem to do it just wont move.

Hold both buttons down together for 5 secs to reset motor.

Tried that mate,still dont work.Spoke to company i bought it from and they suggested that i try and up date motor/reciever.
Its a spiderbox 7000hd. Where do i get this info from?

Thats not quite right info you got there....

On Spiderbox 7000 press menu toggle down to motor set up if asked press 0000 there you can see you can drive east or west or drive steps of less than 1 Degree

If your new to motorised set up then look around in Kaos

Or change your sat settings to Thor 5 (0.8W) - 11325.00 H - DVB-S (QPSK) - 24500 7/8 jump up ladder skew motor
to 0.8 and point dish to Thor by swivelling the motor on mounting pole not motor by receiver etc etc

Just a tip if youve not done this all before.... this is the only time your misses will come in handy to shout out the window "left a bit right a bit you had it then keep going keep going....."
