It says this is on btv action on 39e, the only btv i have on my listings is btv, btv cinema & comedy. is it one of these channels, i cant tune anymore in and have a strong signal ! cant miss this and cant get any other satellites at the mo ! many thanks

Try that TP on satfinder, see if you're getting a signal.
