channel 4 hd on spiderbox

anyone help with finding channel 4 hd on spiderbox 9000 ?
i have rescaned a normal scan and no channel 4 hd
tried a blind scan and still no joy

The frequency is 12606 V 27500 3/4 DVB-S2 QPSK. Try to scan the tp itself first and if that does not work delete the tp and re-enter it again. This method has worked before for me.
