hi can some one help i just put up a dish and a dvb-s 5010 box. ive done a scan and i can pick up free to air as well as paying ones there is a rs 232 on the back of the box is there firmwere that will give me all the channels. thanks

I've just googled the box you have and it is a basic cheap bad box. The rs323 may just be for receiving firmware updates for the box itself but I think you could be waiting for them.As for getting all channels ,yes you will but they will be free to air or marked scrambled. Sorry I can't give you any good news on your sat box.
