my sky hd box is very slow to respond when i want to change channel etc tried reboot but problem keeps comeing back any ideas?

Lol, I thought it was only virgin box's that had this :/
Seems to me inactivity of changing channels etc on my Virgin box seems to cause this, not sure on sky sorry.
