hi the fault UP9 The reason of this problem is that there is some kind of fault in software mean if u select a wrong clone to upgrade ur receiver or light turn off @ the time of booting then this kind of fault will come what you need to do is 1st of all standby ur STB’s & after few second switch it “OFF” by the button present on its back side. Now put ur software file in the loader & connect ur STB with computer with the help of data cable and press “Next” button on ur loader & almost @ the same time power “ON” ur STB ur STB will upgrade in almost 2:45 minutes…If you tremble with indignation at every injustice then you are a comrade of mineComment
