Hi all. i have the tm500. Slowly hotbird went down last week and then bskyb went down. Both been down for over a week? Any news? or what can i do. ive reset enigma and reset system to much times, still not work..

Well, the satellites are still up there and transmitting.
You can reset your box as many times as you like, it's not going to get your server working again.
I take it you paid upfront for this box already "sorted" with channels open?
