            Yep done all that, somthing not right even the remote is playing up ie on tring sport news press menu and it switches to another channel. Im not to clued up on all this sat stuff but I am learning slowly

                try pressing the buttons on the receiver, that way you can see if its the remote thats gone iffy or the box, if its the box you can just reflash it.
