I cant understand that, Did he never put his card in the box at the end of the month?? i know people who put there card in on the last day for about 8 hours and never had a problem, Also i no people who have never had there box pluged into a telephone line and never had a letter, so how the hell did they no he was CSing

It is his fault, 3 times he forgot to put the card in original box to get updates so whe he phoned 3rd time they told him the bla bal about cs. They don't have any prove, they just terminated the contract.
Any more web sites you guys know apart from tvcorner?

He can get it from another address and pay ?25.00 extra for NPL which is No Phone Line, therefor he dont need to plug into phone ever.

He rang sly to get the card activated but they told him his account under investigation and next day he got a letter telling him his contract is terminated. He didn't use the web site to get the boxkey, I am quite sure because he keept asking for his card to get activated 3 times that they say is sharing his account.
