Sky HD no signal

Hi I have Sky HD, a panasonic Freesat TV and PC Card running from Quad LNB, Freesat TV and PC card are working, fine but Sky HD will not work installer menu says no signal.I have reset Sky HD box with no success.
And I have measured 13.5volts at LNB from the sky box, does this sound like a faulty LNB? Surely the dish is aligned ok if im recieving freesat??

I have tried with just Sky HD connected?

sounds like problem with your hd box try a forced software download by holding back up button on top of box in and at the same time turn power on / off by the wall keeping back up button held in all the time untill the screen displays updating system software, this sometimes can kick your tuner inputs back in if this dont work you most prob need a new box...... are both of your inputs working as sky hd boxes run of shotgun cable and if you are only using 1 cable as you said you tried the cable from your freesat then the hd box needs to be set to single feed mode.....let me know how you get on....good luck BJ1

yep as has been said on some sky hd boxes u need to use single feed mode also i have had experiences with splitters and sky hd boxes just noit working together mate

SINGLE FEED SET UP

go to services select settings press 0 then 1 then select scroll down to single feed mode and change to on press green to save and wait for box to reboot.......make sure feed is in input 1 on back of box

Hi, I messed about rebooting sky box, setting single feed with no luck,

So I powered everything off, renewed connections at LNB and switched back on , all working think your right Crappy Samsung HD Box
