need help to connect spiderbox to internet

    need help to connect spiderbox to internet

    I have spiderbox 9000hd I connected to my netgear modem install last pach with gift the last softcam and channel list, gone to network-type on-network setting on auto and have the mac address-nuevoxstream type -on -authorization key(which key) - connection-DISCONNECTED, so what I did wrong, I readed need to register my seriul number of my box, where to. Very sorry about all this but all new to me thats why need information I DO BE VERY THANKFUL FOR ANY ADVICE THANKS

      try rebooting your router, regards mdt

          Neuvox does not work on new boxes, you can only use service+...

          goto network and type 1111 then on service+ click connect and register. here is alink to opening channels and sats

                      some times S+ can take a while to connect for the first time. Its being rebuilt so limited channel line up at the moment.
