Sirius 4.8E - non-"keyed" Scandinavian channels...

Hi all sat-dudes!
Going to put my new Vant Vt-1 in the bin where it belong. Have it running with Fausto/Diablo Wifi/newcmd, getting ECWs for those non-keyed Scandinavian channels - but it is far from stable (maybe the firewall?). I want to shut off my computer AND watch these channels (like I successfully do with my patched Vant 8000).

Can anybody non-newbie confirm my suspicion that solution is Dreambox 800/8000 - not Diablo with another fw than Underworld, not even T-rex ?cause the Rex has to have a V-guard smartcard to open those Scand-channels, the emu firmware ONLY is not sufficient?? Or is it? No card and T-rex is useless as well?

the dreambox 800hd will clear the channels you are refering to via scam emu but so will a few other recievers. i have a very old tm1500 and a head 2900sd that clears them also. i guess its all down to whether the patch writers can implement that certain nano into their emulator as to whether the channels will clear. regards mdt

And buying a T-Rex, loading it with Predasaur or Predator, wont do the trick without a viasat card in my f**king lousy Vant vt-1( ? Rex emulating like my patched old box...

It?s (Vt-1) a "Linux"-box without any entrances to Linux - like Dreambox has!!! - just one more pathetic, poorest, stupid closed Vantage original firmware.... (((
