looks like the box is not connecting to the router... have u set the option to automatic or manual???... i cant help now but im going to leave you with a rough guide.

        1) make sure your ip settings are automatic
        2) switch box off and switch router off
        3) make sure the box and router are connected via ethernet properly!!! (important)
        4) switch the router on... wait 2 mins then switch the box on
        5) check if the problem has been fixed.

if the above does not work....

        1) Manually add the IP address on the box... TRICK IS... grab the ethernet cable thats connected to the box and plug it into a computer or laptop
        2) on the computer Run cmd and type in ipconfig /all
        3) note down all the details listed under "Ethernet adapter""
        4) plug the ethernet cable back into the box...
        5) go back to the settings where the ip address and subnet mask etc etc is presented and input the information you have gathered from the computer onto the presented menu. (IN ORDER TO INPUT YOUR DATA, MAKE SURE YOU SELECT MANUAL)
        6) Exit and go to a channel.
        7) reboot the box only and from the back (switch off and on)
        8) you should see it now connected

I have tried to explain everything in as much detail as i can, if you still cant get it to work, drop a comment below.

You will need an active cline... A test line will do. I thought you already had a cline

I dont use msn, but some advice for you. In this forum you cannot talk about C/S sharing... simply google card sharing and im sure you'll find websites and forums that have all that you need. Simply input the Cline's in the appropriate menu and away you go. If you get Nline's they go under Newcamd

Are you sure you entered everything correctly??? possibly try and post some pictures explaining the problem. i always think expressing yourself visually is easier.
