setting up motorised dish

Hi,

I've read through the guides about setting the latitude on your motor using the bracket, but there is also a bracket on the dish. The problem with this is that the angle on the dish has a minimum setting of 5 deg.

The guides I read suggest how to set the angle on the motor but none seem to have mentioned the angle on the dish? Am I right to assume the sum of the two need to be the inclination angle required for your location?

Thats for fixed dish.
Long and lat will be ok but rest is for fixed.

dont worry about the angle on the dish... i just set it to 30 degrees and then ajust for best signal but the pole being 100% plumb and the lat on the motor(for your location) are critical. if you get stuck the just ask in this thread and someone will help you. regards mdt
