BBC hd and sv hd combo problem.

Now that its moved i cant pick it up. Have searched and found settings etc and have done full rescan, but still does not find the frequency. Looking at it i think its to do with the 23000 setting. As i dont seem to have any channels with 23000. Have tried to manually scan tp 10847 v 23000 but cant for the life of me change from 22000 to 23000. Have any of you with sv hd combo got the same problem? Or has anyone sorted this out?
Dont think its much of an issue but i am blonde !!! Well whats left of me hair !!

I don't know the box but have you changed the tuning parameters for BBC HD to DVB-S2 as this may give you access to further options.
