ESPN UK Not Clearing

Hey

I have a very frustrating problem I can't figure out for the life of me.

While watching the UFC Prelims on saturday night, ESPN suddenly went black. All other channels cleared fine. I did the following without any luck.

-Restarted modem/router
-Restarted receiver
-Updated satellites.xml
-Tried 2 different C lines from different peers
-Flashed a new image (Gemini 3 and OpenPLi beta)
-Tried a different version of CCcam
-Tried several different settings lists (bouquets)

ESPN HD and SD and also ESPN America still will not clear. Signal is strong on the channels, but they're black.

Any advice gratefully received.

check the channel transponder details and match it to the channel details which you can find on lyngsat...im sure its a frequency change or transponder configuration change like with bbc hd and bbc one hd.

It's not a TP issue. To my knowledge ESPN hasn't changed frequency, and all data matches current ESPN channel info.

i just checked espnhd on my dm800's and starview, all on different peers, and all is fine, i really haven't gotten a clue on whats gone wrong with yours... are you sure you didnt touch any settings to cause this?!?!?!! recollect on the night it went off... im just throwing suggestions at you really. hope in some way i helped, maybe another member might give his/her input.

I've reset everything anyway, including flashing a new image. I have absolutley no idea what's causing this.

Are they all listed on the same TP, Im in work so cant check.

My mate had a issue with the TP that film 4 was on and no channels worked on that TP. I replaced the LNB and was back to normal.

The thing is, signal is fine on the TP. I think it's a decryption issue. The CAM doesn't seem to be working even though I've tried two versions. I guess it's possible that there was an issue with both peers I tried. I'll try to get a test line and try that. Thanks.

There are 2 different ESPN SD (One for Pubs), have you tried both?

It would seem logical that the subscribed card has lost ESPN from it's entitlements. I read that you have tried 2 lines, could you try your line on another box on another dish to rule that out

Thanks for the suggestions. I have a 7025+ somewhere I will try when I get home. If that doesnt work, the eye of suspicion will be cast firmly on the LNB.

I think it will be the line myself, Seen as EVERYONE else's is clearing and nobody is having the same problem (To date).

im having same problem with espn sd and hd. i know what you going through, all others work fine. but mine went off b4 ufc so i missed it.

so do we all think its down to serv## line?

well my epsn is working on offical card and other source so its defo something to do with setup..............

espn hd was was working. then just went off a week ago and has not come back on.
it picks up esp hd and shows, snr 15.00db agc 99% ber 0

this is what my box is showing for espn hd

it really dose seem as if the card holder has had this taken off his tv card, but all other sports work.
if other people have this prob would be good to know. also a fix if its not the line.

my guess is entitlements , subscriber could have removed it from package during footy closed season
