I cant get any movie channels there all scrambled and i can only watch normal channels and the modem is connected to the spider box and server setup is the same when it was installed a few months ago help anyone?

Go into menu then to network then to service + and check to see if it says conected

Mate that dosen't mean anything the $ try film hit on 0.8 i think its called that should work.

we mostly watch all sky channels but the movies are now scrambled

I have a third party server and may have been cut off i think?

Thats what it will be nothing to do with service+ but the change the channels all the time but if your using a thrid party for Sly then you need to contact them

I was reading this and thought "that sounds familiar" til the bit where the 3rd party server came in .
Ive had service+ and nuevo showing as connected in the past but they were somehow being blocked and all i did to get round this was unplug the box for 5 mins. (frustrating in the middle of a match but dont need to worry too much next season being a Blackpool fan :-( )
As for the 3rd party server bit for sly, thats my next step so off to read the stickies :-)
