protek 9750hdip - nothing clearing 19.2e?

Ive got a spiderbox9000hd but am playing with a protek for my mate to see which is best. Trouble is nothing but fta is clearing on 19.2e although the networks enabled and contains ip and mac data? has anyone got one and could give me a channel and freq on 19.2 that should clear?
Or any other advice welcome :-)

have you got the January firmware update on, if so it should auto update the channel list on whats open..

The firmware running is 3.00.11 so god knows.

Ive looked at the site and think its the latest :-/
