How do you read a BIN file?

i have downloaded what i think are the K*ys for the ddigital box but they are in a BIN file and i can't open it? anyone know where i'm going wrong? thanks

hi carmow if you go on to google and put in bin file you will get quite
a few diffrent articals on bin files one of them is magic iso extractor
