using sky+ remote with a sky digital box

hi all anyone know if its possible to use a sky + remote with a normal sky digital box and if so how do i do it?

Try this...

1 Press "TV"

2 Press and hold "Select" and "Yellow" together until red led in remote flashes twice.

3 Press "0"

4 Press "Select" - red led should flash twice

5 Press "Sky" and hopefully it will operate the normal box.

tried that but the normal box doesnt respond
