Keep losing signal

Hi folk looking for some advise my standard s*y tv which i pay for is loosing signal everytime it rains i have contacted then but they want 50 quid just to come out and have a look. I think this is somthing i could fix myself so how do i find out the offset for my standard s*y dish. And what i likly to be my problem is it alignment or could it be mt skew angle?

Just phone them and tell them t fix it or ram it, they will put you through to the cancellations team and they will then sort it, if they dont then you hang up and do it again

Or buy your self a satbeeper from ebay for ?3 ish and go up and sort it.

Easy enough done tho.

it may also be loose connections and water entering the cables at lnb,some have a weather proof skirt to pull down for connection,connections are known to become loose so check them first.

probably be your dish slightly off line or water in cable if they have thrown cable over your roof, or your LNB could be failing ?50 quid is a bit steep call one of the local guys I am sure they would come out for a lot less.
