Spider Box Help

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and i know it can be fround upon for diving in like this, I have very limited knowledge on this subject but Im a very active member on the Civinfo forum owning one of the first Supercharged FN2 Type R's in the country.
So my problem, I have had a few cable receivers over the years, I was a loyal buyer from BubblessuppliesLtd, My last and present settop box is a spiderbox 7000HD.

Now I have had this box for a year, I paid what I needed to but it seems my year is up and I can't find Bubblesupplies anywhere. (I have never had a card)

Could anyone point me in the right direction to get me up and running. I'm not a charity case looking for a freebie Im just trying to get everything working again.

Am i still going in the right driection or is there a new way forward

Hi m8 the box u have is suitable and user friendly enough to do anything u want from sat but u have to do a bit of reading first or u could google cccam and have a look there but it is a grey area and cannot be discussed here

Is Service+ registered? if not >menu>accessory>network>type on>drop to service+ and register.there are still quite afew channels open this way digitalb on 16E being one of the most reliable.I am sending the latest patch but make a note of your settings first long/lat etc and back up your channel list onto a usb stick,as a factory reset is advisable after installing this latest patch.I"ve also sent a softcam which will open a few more channels here and there via ucas.
