    Formula 1 FTA

So with the terrible news that the BBC has folded to Bernie Ecclestone and given Sky F1 from next year - where can I point my dish at to watch it FTA while listening to the Five Live F1 commentary?

Thanks from a disgruntled F1 fan.

Thanks for that - I know about RTL but it's not always open.

I don't think RAI has all the races, RTL does (at least this Year)

Money is king and BBC decided they didn't want to spend it, this isn't Bernie's or Sky's doing - it's BBC cost cutting.

BBC will still have HALF of the races bare in mind, So still some positives for BBC ONE HD on 28.2E

                  Regards.

no but who wants to watch half of BBC's races on highlights, i can see Sky getting total rights of F1 eventually they will bring out some new way to watch it and impress ppl so that F1 decide to keep it on Sky. Plus Murdochs trying to buy F1 aswell as BSkyB.

Wimbledon will be nxt to go to Sky, look at NBC losing the rights to it in the U.S. after 43 years of showing it, now ESPN has the rights for 10 years. BBC's got rights for another 3 years then i casn see Sky paying more like ESPN and getting them, even John Mcenroe predicted this, he was outraged about NBC lsoing it.

God i really hope im wrong Sky need bringing down a peg or two, UP THE ALAMO!!!!!!
