Can't receive Channels On EutelSat 10e

hey guyz

I just assigned my 6 ft dish to eutelsat w2a 10e but the problem is when i scanned for channel i just get 10 Bf Bs channels nothing else .then i shifted my dish to Hotbird and got around 900 channels.

So can anyone help me whats wrong ?and what to do ?

check the channel list ..i was only able to get bf bs 10 channels,my snr was around 82

bfbs 5 and 6 show s** sports 1 and 2 but will obviously need a card or friend to watch them. regards mdt
