Im tethering through my mac.

iPhone >USB> iMac >Ethernet> Dreambox

Think i would try a router instead of the mac.
Few posts on here to do with sim cards and routers.
List somewhere showing which is compatible.

I'm getting my broadband sorted in two weeks so no point in buying anything new. However I did consider it but I imagine I will have the same problem with giffgaff.

Almost certainly this is a configuration error but if you really are convinced its port blocking then why not change the port ?

It tried 3 servers, 2 of which had different ports.

What configuration error would make one sim work and one not?

dm500 and giff gaff

hi i have too had the same problems with giffgaff.
i have used a netgear router and tried many configs but still no joy my broadand has since been installed and am using cccam fine but am interested if you can get it going on giffgaff.
i was too looking down the ports side of things, tried different configs but still nothing downloads shows connected but no cccam . tried different dongles using same giff gaff sim but no joy

according to Check port 19800

the port 19800 (which my cline server is using) is allowed.

What else could be the problem? Is there something I'm missing :S

could do but i didnt try that had enough fun and games with just cccam. have tried diff images and the same probs..

it works fine just swapping the simcard to three. However my giffgaff is faster and a faster ping... bloody hell!
