    Truman tm 9090s HD

    Does anyone on this forum know this receiver?
    Truman TM 9090s HD.
    I have been told that is better than Openbox S9 and has better processor and is good for cs and supports almost all emulators.
    Please give me your reviews about this receiver.
    Is it worth buying it?
    What you suggest me to buy?
    I have small budget and i like a receiver capable of cs with nice front display.
