    Galaxis Easyworld

    Ive been rooting about in my attic and found an old Galaxis Easyworld Premiere box from yeeeeears ago does anyone know if this is a doorstop or can be used with manual key inputs???

    after that silence..........I reckon its a doorstep them mate...

    However i think its a sat reciever, so I will move this thread there where you may get more responses.. you may want to google for galaxisboard

        It's an old Premiere decoder dating back to the early digital days when they used Betacrypt. It should have a CI for you to add your own cam.

        DVB2000 style firmware, so it appears that it's hackable in the same way as the Dbox1.

        I'd imagine that flashing the box with that firmware, adding a compatible CAM and a funcard would get it up an running.

        I also spotted an editor on my travels, it's all done via the serial port on the back of it.
