Can or does anyone have or is recieving 4.8e or 7.0w in the midlands in ireland and if they can what system have they got???

A 1.8 meter dish is big enough for the beam maybe a 1.2 dish?guess it's where you live.But it's no good if you've not a line to open them,got signel but no line for this.

You need the official reliever to open the HD Viasat channels.

Viasat HD you need the official receiver as stated above, Sorry, we would all love to be able to get it!

That explains why on 4.8 for VIASAT HD i get sound but no picture

Funny one this.

I have had on & off ,the Premier League HD channel opening
recently via C/s ofcourse.

1.1m Triax dish getting about 80% near Manchester on
TM5402HD, Technomate Gold Quad LNB ,

It does stop & start (server, not dish problem) but it's deffo clearing & i too was under the impression this couldn't seen with C/s or is that just the Viasat HD sports for scandinavia ?

I guess i am getting the Lithuanian PL HD channel ?

I am afraid you are tuned to TV2 HD if you see the Lions head and not Viasat PL channel, they both share the same program broadcast from London most of the time,

We have both TV2 HD and Viasat Lithuania cards the only difference is in between programs.

Yes, no Lion for me, it's the Prem League HD channel i get as part of the Viasat Lithuania package.

I know as i have installed this package at certain places.

Totally not connected to my installs, i get the PL HD channel via C/s.

I open the viasat extra pl 1 - 6 channels on my openbox no probs with a line. Also my brother has no probs either with spiderbox. Both setups with 1m dish in the midlands

I get the viasat extra pl channels but not 4.8E tv2 pl1 to 3. I can hear sound but no image.

On thor Tv2 pl1 to 3 all clear without issues

i get tv2 pl channel with a 90cm dish in norfolk with no probs. the only prob for me is no english comentary on live games for this channel. but i do get english comentary for all the re-runs. which seems a little strange.
