RF out problem

Hope someone can help me .

i currently have a sky HD box in the living room with 2 sat feeds coming off the satellite dish.

I also have an antenna in to sky box and rf out which leads to a bedroom and

sorts my Freeview upstairs and also allows me to watch whats on sky downstairs - upstairs...

Any way just bought a V+ duo box which dos not have an rf out ?

My question is could i connect a scart - RF out to the v+ duo scart and put the above antenna in /out into this and have the same set up as before only with no sky box connected..

Ps i dont have an old VCR which alot of forums suggest in a situation like this

thing is, you'll prob pick up an old vcr on fleabay for less than a scart to rf adapter

Cheers mate was trying to avoid the VCR don't like the look ye know .... Couple of people have mentioned it to me tho .
