yes, my 7000 and 9000 are both 16 months old and both still work on s+...my point was the new box may open a lot like the old days of the spider box...but if i was buying a new box now i would go for the new protek box

if they bring a new box out i' ll keep well away, 6mths make tha money then flick oh dear problems with the wiring in the plug!!!!!!

if you have the ability to view lots of channels for 42e to 30w does the egp work on all providers for example nova,viasat ect

i believe so, but because of all the problems with that update i kept well away...when a new update comes out i always wait and see what happens
